Rules Regarding Issue of Leaving Certificate
1. Application for school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by parents and submitted at least 20 days in advance.
2. A school leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared for the quarter during which school leaving certificate is issued.
3. It is mandatory to pay the tuition fee/transport fee after the academic session has started even though the students have not reported for the new session / has not applied for the school leaving certificate.
4. Annual Charges are payable annually at the beginning of the academic session and it is not refundable i.e., any mid-term withdrawal of student requires full payment of annual charges.
5. Any fee of the student is not adjustable with other student.
6. A fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged for a transfer certificate and will be issued after a minimum 15 days from the receipt of the application.
