How to Apply
The Admission process
The Krishnakulam shall commence admission process for the session 2020-21 from the 30th January 2020 by issuing forms from School Office. School Prospectus and the application form can be collected by payment of a fee of Rs. 500/- in cash or by way of Debit / Credit card.
The registration process is included in the payment of a fee of Rs. 500/- (Admission Form) This is primarily a process through which the parents have to submit the completed students' data form, along with self-attested photocopies of child’s birth certificate/adoption document, Immunization card, mid-term report card of the current academic session (for students seeking admission to class III to IX), and final term report card of the last class completed (for students seeking admission to class III to IX), and 4 recent passport size color photographs along with photograph with parents & three photographs of Guardians.
The process is considered successful subject to the submission of completed form and all the required documents. Once the registration process is completed successfully, the student is assigned a unique Registration number, which shall be used for all further communication.
Option of online registration shall also be available on the website.
On failing to appear on the scheduled date of Assessment / Interaction, the application will stand cancelled. However, exceptional cases will require prior approval from school authorities, and the new Assessment or Interaction date will be scheduled.
The selection process for classes Nursery to Prep II shall take place through an Assessment followed by an Interaction between the Principal and the child, which will be held on the same day. For admission to classes I – VIII, there will be an Assessment round followed by a round of Interaction on a separate pre-informed date, provided the student qualifies the assessment round. It may be noted that the Assessment and Interaction will be held on separate dates. The result shall be communicated a day after the Assessment/Interaction through the school website and also from the school office.
On the due date for announcement of the results of the Interaction and Assessment, the parents may log on to the school website with the Registration number and the child’s date of birth. Alternatively, parents may enquire from the school office and if selected, the parents may collect the selection letter from the school desk.
once selected, parents will have to deposit the requisite fees either at the select branches of Bank of India or HDFC (to be subsequently intimated) or at the school office, within the due date. Fee can also be paid online through school website.
|b) Admission completion
The successful completion of admission is subject to the submission of the fee slip and the documents as mentioned in the Selection Letter within the due date at the school office. Additionally parents will have to submit the completed Medical form and the Doctor’s certificate (Please refer to the Admission booklet). If the parents’ wish to avail of the school transport, the Transport form will also have to be submitted at the school desk.

The Orientation Program is a most important occasion for us. It is a wonderful opportunity to know each other and to be able to appreciate the mission & vision with which our school has been initiated, this shall be a platform where the children and the parents would be formally inducted as a member of the KRISHNAKULAM family. Parents interact with the teachers, the office staff and all the people who would be instrumental in shaping the life of the children admitted to the school in the years to come. The Orientation Program takes place class wise and the dates will tentatively fall in the 1st week of April. Intimation will be given for the same. Parents may also follow the school website for further information.
Policy and schedule Annual fees will be taken in one time at the time of admission only and Tuition Fee per month (payable quarterly in advance).
